With sustainability at the core of Otak’s project work, my team and I worked with Sustainability Manager Maddie Woods to document and share the company’s actions for incorporating sustainable practices into our business models, office operations, and future planning. Focusing on a clear communication of where we are and where we’d like to go, we incorporated a bright palette, infographics, and photography to keep content digestible and interesting throughout both documents. Along with design, we also coordinated and rolled both documents out to our internal team, social channels, and on Otak’s website.

SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN

Our design team all pitched in to create the company’s first Sustainability Action Plan. With layout lead by Alyssa Warner and infographics design help from Julia Monroe, I came in to direct the overall branding and give it a final polish.

CORPORATE REPSONSIBILITY REPORT

I worked closely with Otak’s Sustainability Manager and executive leadership team to design the company’s first Corporate Social Responsibility and Impact Report. Building off the work in our Action Plan, the report provides a digestible and transparent look at our annual highlights, sharing how we continue to be a more equitable and just organization now and into the future.
